Tyler - I looked at houses today w/ our real estate agent and one of them had mullein all over the front yard. I had to feel it, just to make sure, and it brought me back to herb walks in Silver.
And when I went grocery shopping tonight I got Kumquat-nostalgia when I walked down the "International" aisle. The meager International aisle...sigh.
Our mistletoe takes on the nature of whoever is closest to it (kind of like some people).
This one has flat leaves, because it's growing on a flat-leafed tree. Someday, I'll get a good picture of mistletoe growing on a pinon. It looks completely different.
