Oh man - I have a picture of this too from back in 2002 or 2003 when I flew to Texas from Michigan with Michigan Organizing Project to do some community organizing at W's ranch in Crawford, among other places. Yikes! Love the flowing jacket over the shoulder - so scary funny.
